Trading activity in the export market remains quite slow. Only a few buyers are in the market. Purchasing demand for cashew kernels is also very limited.
Currently, the number of cashew kernel offers is not much. BRC packers are offering WW320 from 3.15 – 3.20 usd/lb and WW240 from 3.45 – 3.50 usd/lb.
According to information from shipping companies, ocean freight rates in July will continue to increase sharply. This will also be a major obstacle to the recovery of cashew nut purchasing power in the third and fourth quarters of 2026.
In the first half of June, Vietnam exported approximately 34,600 tons of cashew kernels and imported approximately 130,300 tons of raw materials.
